The commitment with clients

We use a simple method to show our quality: We open our front door to receive our clients. This was our objective in 1995, when we created the Customer Visits’ program.

We offer a visit to the company’s main units for domestic market clients. These clients are accompanied for a day by our team to get to know the principal processing stages. Lectures are given on a number of topics related to our quality, such as the conservation of the products at the point of sale and ISO 9001 and HACCP quality programs, among other subjects. At the end of a day with us, our client takes away with him a valuable asset: knowledge.

For clients from abroad this visit is a way of getting acquainted and reducing distances. Apart from getting to know the company and the export team, our client has the opportunity of seeing our industrial processes. Everything is done to assure the client that we works with safety and transparency.

As well as our clients, we also open our doors to the academic field. We maintain an excellent partnership relationship with Universities, in order to keep abreast of the latest discoveries from scientific research. Professors from the most varied university courses bring their students for company visits. In the academic world we are considered as being a good Management, Brand, Product and Company model.
